The human body is an amazing and wonderful
machine!

We start out as seeds and end up as dirt.  In
between, we do things with our bodies that no other
animals or machines will ever really be able to
match.

We can wiggle our ears, wink our eyes, raise our
brows, and, blow our nose.   We can make our
muscles move and slide. We can exercise and tone
our bodies into hard muscles and mass, or, we can
let them develop into soft tissues.

We can jump.  We can move our legs and feet and
dance, or, we can kick someone. We can extend
our arms and grab something, or, we can hit
someone.

We can reach out to one another, or, we can push
each other away.

We can do all sorts of things with our bodies.
We can make a face. We can spit.  We can move
food and water into our mouths.  We can move
waste out of our bodies, just by thinking about it.

We can make a fist.  We can make love, or, we can
make war.

Some of the most impressive things we can do with
our bodies better than any other animal…better
than any machine ever will be able to do is… we
can talk and think, and get into trouble.

There are other machines that can talk, too, but
they cannot think or reason, not really.  They can
compute faster than we can but they cannot get
into trouble as fast as we can.

The number one most impressive thing we can do
is duplicate ourselves.  We can plant and grow
small seeds into the sizes of small melons inside
our bodies.  We can eject them as good as any
other animal on the face of this planet.

Humans have called our bodies all kinds of
flattering names, like abodes and temples.  How we
can get our temple doors to open so wide and shut
so tight is a Croakersack Mystery, to me.
